Designed by a physio, for real life

Hours at a desk, looking down at a phone or holding a baby slowly pull the body forward. In clinic, Ellie saw the same neck tension, tech neck, back stiffness and rounded shoulders every day, and the same challenge: progress fades between appointments.

She designed PostuLift Home so patients could keep that progress going at home. It was developed and refined through hands-on feedback and testing here at Revival Physio.

How it works

Lie down. PostuLift does the reset.

  1. Lie down and lift

Lie back on PostuLift Home and use the remote to lift your posture at the head, mid-back and lower back.

  2. Set the timer

Ten minutes, hands-free. A full-body reset from the pelvis up.

  3. Done

It deflates on its own when you’re finished. Easy to fit into the end of your day.
